Patient Survey Results 2023
Thank you to all our patients who took part in our recent survey – we appreciate the time you took to assist us in improving the delivery of our service.
We’d like to share the results of the survey with you and tell you how we’re addressing the areas you highlighted we need to work on.
Firstly, the positives. Many of you agreed with the following statements:
The clinical team respected me.
The clinical team were caring and concerned about me as a person.
The clinical team paid attention to what I had to say.
I received enough information.
Reception staff are helpful.
I am confident my information will remain private & confidential.
The practice is clean and tidy.
All my questions have been answered.
I felt that there was good continuity of care.
Some of the statements that indicated you were happy with our service were:
“The medical team – experienced, professional, inspire confidence.”
“I feel I am receiving competent medical diagnosis, treatment and advice.”
“I think the practice is well organised and staff and professional, and competent and caring.”
“I have been with the practice for about 30 years and I would not go anywhere else.”
In terms of what we need to work on, these were the statements that indicated where we needed some improvement:
I am able to see a doctor quickly when I need to.
Everything ran on time.
It is easy to make an appointment for a day and time that suits me.
We understand that it has been hard to get an appointment at short notice. To address this, we are saving appointments that can only be booked on the day. We will be instigating a system whereby we will have a limited number of on the day appointments available for booking online via HotDoc or by calling 9561 0300. We hope this service will make it easier for our patients to get care quickly, when needed.
